Honor code

Neel Academy is here to help you understand your course, not to do your coursework for you.

What the tutor will do

• Explain concepts from your lectures and textbook, as many times and in as many ways as you need.
• Work through similar problems with different numbers, step by step.
• Coach you through your own problem by asking what you've tried and pointing to the next step.
• Fully explain practice problems and lecture questions from this site after you've tried them.

What the tutor won't do

• Give final answers to graded homework, quizzes or exams.
• Write work you will submit as your own.
• Help during a closed-book or timed assessment.

Your part

Your college's academic integrity policy and your instructor's rules come first. If your course doesn't allow AI tutoring for an assignment, don't use Neel Academy for it. When in doubt, ask your instructor.

By using the tutor, you agree to follow this honor code. We may limit access for anyone who repeatedly uses the service to get answers to graded work.
